The OMEGA x Swatch Moon Mission To Earthphase Moonshine Gold retains its comfortably proportioned 42mm case size. The case, crown, and chronograph pushers are crafted from navy blue BIOCERAMIC ceramic, and the bezel features the OMEGA Moonwatch's signature "dot over 90" design detail. The moonlight white dial features a finely grained texture, and all hour markers and hands are coated with Grade A Super-LumiNova, which emits a green glow in the dark.

The white dial features three subdials. The moon phase disc at 2 o'clock is coated in OMEGA's 18K Moonshine gold. One of the subdials features Snoopy's paw print, while the other features a popcorn pattern, representing the upcoming "Full Corn Moon" on September 8th. The chronograph seconds subdial is at 6 o'clock, the earth phase indicator is at 10 o'clock, and the illustration at 9 o'clock depicts Snoopy and Woodstock, dressed in full space suits, viewing the Earth from the moon. If ultraviolet light is applied to the illustration, Snoopy's line from the comic strip, "I beat everybody...", appears.
