 The 42mm stainless steel case is satin-brushed and 12.2mm thick. The bezel is embossed with playing card suits, and the left and right lugs perfectly resemble the Joker's ears. The 3 o'clock crown is used for winding and adjusting the time, and the 9 o'clock crown is used to adjust the moon phase.

The Joker's classic layout is retained: the left eye represents the hour dial, the right eye represents the minute dial, the pupil represents the hand, and the Joker's mouth represents the retrograde day of the week. The dial is available in gray and gold. The skeletonized design maximizes the visibility of the gear train. The bridge between the "mouth" and "eye sockets" and the movement plate are both brushed and polished, while the gear train features circular brushing, creating a rich contrast of details.

The Caliber K.09-1 automatic movement, a modified La Joux-Perret G200, beats at 28,800 vibrations per hour and boasts a 68-hour power reserve. The caseback reveals a skeletonized oscillating weight in the shape of a double anchor.
